About me
I'm Olga Gridneva, a professional, native Russian translator. I've been translating texts from English/German to Russian and from Russian to English for more than 18 years. I also provide localization and web-design services.
I'm convinced that a key goal of any translation or digital content is to appeal to a native target audience and provide benefit, converting them into loyal customers. It must be well adapted to the people you address. This is what I do. I offer high-quality Russian translation and localization services to individual customers, businesses and linguistic agencies and help them generate desirable results.
I use up-to-date CAT software (Trados, MemoQ, Figma) and accept payment via all the systems and methods available including PayPal and bank transfer.

- TranslationI translate texts and copies from English and German into Russian, and from Russian into English, localize and adapt it to your target audience, and create a translation memory.
- ProofreadingI compare source and target texts to exclude/correct possible typos, errors, misinterpretations, making sure the target text sounds well in the target language.
- MTPEI review the content already translated by a machine and make corrections to style, spelling and grammar. It saves time and money.
- LocalizationI localize web-sites, applications or any digital content to adapt it for your Russian-speaking audience, according to their interests and habits.
- Web-designI create landing pages and web-sites from scratch and translate its content into Russian and/or English. Please see my portfolio here.
- TranscriptionI translate Russian audio/video records into English printed text in a format desirable for a customer -verbatim or analyzed.
How I Work

Send your files and PO
Send me the documents you need translated, a Non-Disclosure Agreement and contract for me to sign (if necessary), a Purchase Order and the requirements/instructions including the deadline, formatting details, description of your target audience, purpose of the text.

Await for the files
On this stage I can send you queries/questions on the text you provided and special terms (if any) to ensure the correct translation. Then I check over/proofread my translation thoroughly to make sure everything is fine.

Receive the translated files
I send you the ready files by the specified deadline. I also submit an invoice with information from your PO.

Send me your payment
Send me the payment according to my invoice using agreed payment methods
